Through four key principles that are layered to work together, the studio offer a solution that could help reduce temperature of outdoor spaces by 10 degrees, rendering them more useable year-round.

The Shape: made from GFRP material, the shell-like structure with its openings designed in keeping with wind direction for each site can optimize wind circulation. With its floor incorporating air refreshment tech, the air that comes into the space as a function of its shape and location can captured and re-circulated.

The solution is further bolstered with a wind ventilation system that, according to the studio is designed to pull the cold air through the wind catcher and diffuse it at ground level. Green canopies and shaded walkways around the shell structure will further enhance user experience.
