The luxury rug makers celebrate the launch of the first-ever consumer collection entitled 'Home'.
Designed to provide the homeowner with the luxury and quality of a Tai Ping rug without the cost or extended process of bespoke rugmaking that they are coveted the world over for, each piece from the Home collection is available in pre-defined sizes and colours with the option of customization.
Expertly crafted and hand-finished, each piece is created from the finest natural materials including silk and 100% New Zealand wool, retaining Tai Ping's qualities of craftsmanship, heritage, and sustainability.
This dedicated new portfolio champions both Tai Ping’s in-house design expertise and long-standing associations with international designers. A total of 21 rugs are divided into six smaller collections to create a breadth of styles: Naive is a verdant celebration of the fresh and natural; Art is contemporary with its abstract lines of fluidity; Marks brings sophisticated urban calm; and Traceable is bold with spirited luxury. For the young at heart, Junior is joyous with its expressive playfulness. Finally, Guest List celebrates Tai Ping’s creative partnerships with a beautiful collection of six pieces designed by Wrapped, Tal Lancman & Maurzio Galante, Zoe Ouvrier, Rodolfo Agrella, Han Feng, and Chen Chen and Kai Williams.
