The Czech Lighting brand developed lighting installations for the 7-star hotel’s award winning restaurant

Designed in collaboration with Kristina Zanic Design Consultants; Downtown Design exhibitor PRECIOSA designed and developed three breathtaking installations inspired by the Deep Ocean for the Al Mahara Restaurant at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

A treasure chest was the inspiration for lighting in this private dining room. It is 4,5 meters long; composed from hand blown crystal glass and hand cut champagne colored trimmings, with amber and topaz bubbles and gold dust.

A glass coral formation is set up in this private dining room, made up of four segments of carmine crystal trimmings.

The main feature of the Juna Bar is an art chandelier by Jan Sipek that is inspired by the mysterious octopus. Weighing 400 kgs and 3 meters in diameter, this piece is composed from hand blown clear and Sinein blue Bohemian crystal, inset with bubbles- Images yet to be supplied
