Kartell's exhibitor stand will showcase the latest pieces in the brand's Contemporary Lifestyle collection.
This year, Kartell, a trendsetter in the world of international contemporary design, is exhibiting a collection that reflects its eclectic vision of interior décor.
Kartell will showcase the Masters Precious chairs in metal finishing by Philippe Starck, the rechargeable outdoor Battery table lamps by Ferruccio Laviani, their celebrity chef-endored tableware collection, and their iconic FL/Y ceiling lamps which have been recreated with an exciting new finish.
Kartell is known for their exuberant window displays that showcase an all encompassing theme, trend or concept. This year the theme for their Downtown Design display is Kartell Contemporary Lifestyle.
To fit with the theme, the collection will pair brand new products with classic icons already in their catalogue and re-interpret them in a modern way. Kartell has always been successful at demonstrating how various creative forms and products from different years can live side by side in perfect harmony. After all, the philosophy of blending different tastes and styles has always been part of the Kartell DNA. The brand has continuously worked with over 20 designers, each with their own style and expressive design approach, throughout its 65 year history.
Kartell is exhibiting its own concept of elegance that is versatile, eclectic, customizable and open to free interpretation. In a word: contemporary. The stand is designed to look like a classical architectural building, with beige carpeted floors, marbleized laminated platforms with bronze edging, and product displays featuring the same marble veining. Every stylistic choice conveys the idea of the "bourgeois home" and clearly shows how Kartell products can be elegantly integrated anywhere, raising the status of plastics and proving them to be more exquisite and chic than ever before.
