Maison D’art presents the Royal collection by Designer’s Guild at Downtown Design
Established in 1970 by Tricia Guild, Designers Guild designs and wholesales furnishing fabrics, wallcoverings, upholstery and bed and bath collections worldwide. As suggested by the name, the serene collection is inspired by the history of royal households and palaces. Complete with majestic scrolls on elegant jacquard woven silk damasks, exquisite embroideries on refined silk grounds and sweeping florals in large, dramatic scales.
The ‘Beaufort’ is an impactful jacquard featuring large scale scrolls on a rich ombre shaded ground in a cotton silk linen blend. The elegant print fits perfectly for drapery, blinds, cushions and bedcovers.
Inspired by the adorned wedding dress of Princess Beatrice, the ‘Beatrice’ is grand floral brocade damask.
A dramatic design with luxurious and heavy embroidery, the ‘Connaught’ is a distinguished damask on a cotton blend ground.
