Making it the largest and most global to date, the ninth edition of Art Dubai hosted 92 galleries from across 40 countries, presenting 500 artists that attracted more than 25,000 visitors over the four days, with galleries boasting strong sales throughout.
Design Days Dubai, now in its fourth year, is the only fair of its kind in the Middle East and South Asia. The fair exhibited 44 galleries from over 20 countries and welcomed 13,500 visitors with over 150 different regional and international designers and also reported strong sales.
Both fairs received international and regional critical acclaim with the UK’s Guardian naming Art Dubai as “the world’s most important and radical art fair” and Blouinartfinfo.com noting that the Design Days Dubai “achieves the rare feat of improving upon a good thing”.
