At Downtown Design, Karen and other high profile speakers presented a capsule version of the programme covering topics that matter: the power of next-gen and how they can continue to reshape the high-end design landscape, the emerging themes in creative entrepreneurship and how to conduct the business of design, smarter.

In 2016, Karen was named the CEO of the Year at the Business Excellence Forum and Awards. On an advisory panel for The Entrepreneurs Club, she takes an active role in the club’s mentoring scheme and offering support to budding entrepreneurs.
