Founded by Jwana Hamdan, a young Italian entrepreneur of Lebanese descent, the eponymous brand aims to be the first outdoor design brand where Italian design know-how meets a cosmopolitan Middle Eastern-inspired cultural heritage.
The JH world is nomadic, constantly traveling but grounded, combining dreamlike inspirations, links to poetry and music with a strong desire for originality and uniqueness. JH creates unprecedented outdoor environments with great personality, which become places to live and cultivate a new form of conviviality by finding true luxury in hospitality, quality of relationships and durable objects.
JH looks to tradition, both Italian and Middle Eastern, to reinterpret it with a contemporary taste, and conceives design as a meeting between attention to detail and innovation, high quality and enhancement of the component that preserves and transmits the values linked to a shared cultural and social heritage. The brand's visual identity tells the story of the founder's world with a refined figurative language, rich in contaminations and suggestions, where the colors black, white and gold dominate and a style of dreamy but never detached elegance. Similarly, the chosen logo, a decorative and recognizable monogram, represents a graphic synthesis with a clean stroke, immediately evocative of the brand's reference imagery.
