Loomah by BDH, is a small company specializing in the design and supply of luxury bespoke handmade carpets and rugs.
Loomah was founded in 2001 by husband and wife team, Andrew and Natalie Cotgrove, whose simple philosophy was to build a brand that was of course, recognized for superior design and luxury quality, but most importantly to be built on personal service, reliability and integrity.
In the nearly twenty years they have been trading, these simple precepts have enabled them to win commissions suppling bespoke carpets and rugs to many top hotels, yachts and luxury private loomah residences worldwide.
At the Downtown Design Digital Fair 2020, Loomah showcased five rugs that demonstrate their diverse design capability, as well as quality and material options.
Mara, Mara Emerald, Liberty and Yves are all made up in our Pure New Zealand wool, which as our most popular quality, provides a velvet smooth finish whilst offering all the benefits and durability of a wool carpet.
This brand is presented by the DIT (UK) as part of their hybrid showcase ‘Design is GREAT: From the UK to the UAE’.

Dawn also uses our Pure wool but has design accents using bamboo, which similar in appearance to silk, has an innate lustre and luxuriously soft feel.
