A beautiful blend of art and design, Carpets CC by Cecilia Setterdahl was founded in 2013, in Switzerland.
Born from artist and designer Cecilia Setterdahl’s inspiration, their hand-woven and custom rugs present a modern take on traditional rug-making, where the artful compositions on Setterdahl’s canvasses are transformed by the skilled artisans from Rajasthan, India into one-of-a-kind, collectible rugs.
At the Downtown Design 2020 Digital Fair, Carpet CC presented their latest collection entitled Walk In The Garden.
Represented by two hand-knotted carpets, one in red and the other in grey, the concept infers two moods in one design.
Handcrafted to support the artisan community in India, and in alignment with the ethos of slow design and conscious consumption, the ‘Walk in the Garden' pieces are available in a limited-edition run of 10.
