Introducing Editions: The first limited-edition art and design fair in the Middle East, set to occupy a dedicated section within Downtown Design 2024, 6-9 November, on the d3 Waterfront Terrace.
Editions will present a selection of limited-edition works across mediums spanning contemporary design, ceramics, prints, works on paper and photography, showcased by 50+ galleries, design studios, and collectives, and offers a unique platform for cultural enthusiasts and collectors to explore and acquire exceptional pieces.
Downtown Design has been a catalyst for growth in the region’s design landscape for the last decade and is now firmly established as the centre point for thought leaders, designers, and collectors.
The new fair comes at a significant time for the region; the exponential growth of wealth moving to Dubai sees phenomenal demand in the property market, which has consequently seen an increase in the appetite for high-quality art and design. Editions will provide galleries, collectives, and design studios an additional opportunity to engage with this market, while offering collectors and enthusiasts the chance to diversify their portfolio with works of some of today’s leading creatives.
As well as attracting new audience bases, Editions aims to capitalise on and further engage the extensive high-calibre audience base of Downtown Design and Art Dubai, the largest database of collectors in the region. This will be paired with collateral programming and an extensive marketing campaign, leveraging the existing management expertise within the Art Dubai Group, delivering the Middle East’s leading art and design fairs since 2007.
